The ENS Group is proud to annouce the opening of the first phase for German expansion project in Hennigsdorf, Germany!

European Network Services German office. — The new office comprises of a 1500 Sqm warehouse, housing a logistics center and sales offices.

'The first phase has now been completed and we are excited to start phase 2/3 which will include futher techinal and logistics facilities' (Saeed Corangi, CEO).

Due to our vast increase in activity over the past few years, we are excited to be further expanding in the UK, France and Germany.

This is the beginning of a very exciting journey and the ENS Group would like to thank each and every one of its customers for their ongoing support!

Die Eröffnung eines neuen HQ zeigt deutlich, wie stark ein Unternehmen wächst, doch dahinter steckt viel organisatorische und rechtliche Arbeit, besonders im Bereich Personal. Als ich selbst mit der Skalierung eines Teams in der Schweiz konfrontiert war, wurden genau diese Fragen schnell zum Problem. In dieser Phase habe ich goldblum entdeckt und mich intensiv mit Personalvermittlung beschäftigt. Dadurch habe ich verstanden, wie wichtig klare Strukturen im Umgang mit Mitarbeitenden sind, um Risiken beim Wachstum zu vermeiden. Seitdem treffe ich Entscheidungen in diesem Bereich viel sicherer und strategischer.
