  • How do I pay?
To pay for any of our services, we kindly request a bank transfer. Our bank details can be found on our headed paper on any of our invoice documents. For larger customers (who hit a certain threshold), we offer a 14 day credit payment plan, which ensures a faster service; units are shipped out immediately upon repair.
  • When do I have to pay?
You pay at the time of invoice, which is after the unit has been repaired and before delivery of the unit.
  • How much does a repair cost?
Each individual repair is priced differently. This is usually calculated by Manufacturer of the inverter and kWs. The good news is the prices for component repair are fixed (excluding IGBT board replacement), ensuring there are no hidden costs or surprises. Email or call us today for a quotation!
  • How long is the repair process?
Our standard turnaround time is between 10-15 days. However, this is dependant on season. During peak season 'March-October' turnaround times are longer.
  • How do I pack my products to send to ENS?
Please ensure all of your products are packed securely to avoid any damage during transportation. You are welcome to send in your products to us via courier or we can organise collection (commercial customers) at an additional cost. Please see the relevant packing guides on our 'How it works' section.
  • What components do you use for repair?
Due to our longstanding relationships with various manufacturers, we work with 100% authentic components, as opposed to third party components. Third party components are not usually high quality and can cause faster unit breakdown.

  • How do I ship my products?
The products should be shipped securely and safely. ENS can organise collection/ delivery at an additional cost or customers can organise to send their own products into our locations. Please refer to our shipping guide for more information on how to correctly package your products .
  • What happens when my product is BER/ NFF?
BER = Beyond Economical Repair. NFF = No Fault Found. In this event, you will be guided through an alternative option by your account manager. In most cases a suitable replacement can be found. We also offer the option of scrapping the unwanted inverter on-site, which would all be covered under the investigation fee.
  • Where do I ship my products?
ENS are proud to offer in house repairs in each respective country. This means customers ship their products to the office address based on their location. All of our shipping addresses can be found on our contact page.
  • What is the standard warranty and what is covered under warranty?
Each standard warranty varies from country to country. In the UK, the standard warranty is 90 days. We alway offer an additional warranty option for peace of mind (at an additional costs). For more information on what is covered under warranty, please see the attached document .
  • Why does my solar inverter break down?
Inverters can break down for many reasons. One could be improper installation. But in most cases it is due to a component failure if the inverter is out of warranty. Wear and tear is completely normal for older inverters. The good news is, the ENS group are specialists in component level repair and have been for 30+ years! We even carry out preventative repairs and replace components that we think could fail in the near future; to extend the product life cycle even further. Contact us today for a free, no obligation quotation.
