ens Basic
With the ens Basic package, we offer our customers rapid and efficient Europe-wide service at agreed times. This includes:
• Regular maintenance of your hardware • Repairs within a period of five to ten working days
With this package, a large proportion of error sources can be discovered and removed in advance so that your hardware failures are minimized. Should there indeed be a case of damage, we will repair your hardware without any bureaucracy within a few days. In such instances, you can benefit from our discount prices for manufacturers such as Cisco and Nortel.

ens Premium
In our individual ens Premium package, we exchange risky elements of your hardware in advance or, in case of damage, have them shipped to you as spare parts as soon as possible with the use of our modern logistics. You can choose between two service levels: 5x6x24 or 5x9x4.
ens Premium Plus
In addition to the ens Premium package, you also have the option to secure a spare parts supply for your hardware. We will provide your company with a spare parts supply throughout Europe.
